Tony Brown has been called "Television's Civil Rights Crusader" (Black Enterprise magazine) for decades. Seen here onstage with Dr. Martin Luther King on June 23, 1963 in Detroit, Brown was the coordinator of the march and named the historic Detroit event "Walk To Freedom with Martin Luther King." Brown is also the best-selling author of "What Mama Taught Me" which debuted at #3 on the Essence Best-Seller List.
